Shipping is always free. Orders are processed in 1–3 días laborables and delivery within the USA usually takes 7–15 días laborables. Our shoes ship from our partner warehouse overseas, so please allow a little extra time during holidays and sale seasons.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time. If you can't find it, email us with your order number and we'll send it again.

All our shoes use standard US women's sizes. Visit our Size Guide to measure your foot in 2 minutes. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one. Each product page also has a link to the size guide.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

To start, email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't send items to the address on the package. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Read the full return policy.

We're sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know within 7 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Yes. Join our email list and we'll send you a code for 10% off select styles on your first order. The code applies to eligible items at checkout and can't be combined with other offers.

Yes. Our checkout is protected with SSL encryption, and payments are handled by trusted payment processors. We never see or store your full card details. You can see the accepted payment methods at the bottom of this page.

Email us as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before it is processed and shipped. Once it has shipped, please wait until it arrives and follow our return process.
